Shahid Khan has over 3500 hours on front line fighter aircraft of American, European, Russian and Chinese origin. He has flown operational combat missions and is a qualified instructor. He has helped train and organize friendly air forces and has held key assignments both as a Staff Officer and as a Field Commander within the PAF. He has extensive experience in international, multi-party project negotiations and program management, both in a military and business environment. He has been the Project Director for the F-16 program of the PAF and, as Assistant Chief of Air Staff for Plans, has been responsible for Force Structure and Procurement Planning as well as Training and Operational planning.He also has considerable commercial aviation experience gained as the Managing Director of Pakistan's Second National Carrier.

Nicholas Spiller served in the Royal Air Force for 39 years, amassing 4,500 flying hours, commanding 2 fighter squadrons, and serving in the UK , Germany , Cyprus , the Falkland Islands, Saudi Arabia , Kuwait , Bahrain and India . Since leaving the RAF, he has been Director Air Commands and Agencies at QinetiQ plc, an international defence and security organization with £1billion annual turnover. His achievements include: managing operational and logistic support to 69 operations worldwide, masterminding the re-structuring of the RAF's Headquarters, the investigation of 43 aircraft accidents, and acknowledged success in international diplomacy and sales. He transformed the relationship between QinetiQ plc and the Royal Air Force, generating additional sales in excess of £50million per annum.
